Ceist:92 Mr. Alyward asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will have a milk quota made available to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny who satisfies the conditions under the Mulder scheme.

The allocation of Mulder quota can only be made in the case of a transfer of a holding, if the transfer took place before the expiry of the non-marketing period and if an undertaking, completed by the transferee, to carry out the conditions laid down in that scheme was furnished to the Department at the time. In this case these conditions were not observed.
In any event the person named is ineligible under the scheme as he was allocated a milk quota in respect of deliveries made by him during 1983.

Ceist:93 Mr. Alyward asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if a portion of a milk quota will be allocated to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny who satisfied the conditions under the Mulder scheme.
The person named was ineligible for the provisional allocation of a quota under the Mulder scheme as he purchased only part of the holding in question and therefore did not acquire any entitlement to the premium under the non-marketing scheme.
