Ceist:

69 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if an estate (details supplied) in County Wexford has been allocated to applicants; if so, when the applicants will be notified and the arrangements which have been made for the land in question for this year; and if a person (details supplied) in County Wexford was a successful applicant.

As the allocation of land is a matter reserved by law to the Land Commissioners I have no function in the matter. However, I understand that the procedures for the division of this estate have not been finalised although this is expected very shortly.
