Bill entitled an Act to make further provision in relation to the grant of superannuation benefits to or in respect of judges, justices and certain court officers and for that purpose to amend the Courts (Supplemental Provisions) Act, 1961, and the Courts of Justice and Courts Officers (Superanuation) Act, 1961, and to provide for other matters connected therewith.
