Ceist:59 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Finance whether there is a preservation order in respect of Lyons House, Celbridge, County Kildare; if a preservation order applied to any of the property at Lyons Farm including outbuildings; if it is proposed to effect such an order in view of the impending sale of part thereof; if it is intended to ensure the preservation of Lyons House; if any funds are available to assist in its preservation; if any proposed or future developments are likely to militate against the preservation of the cultural, architectural or historic values of the property; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
