78 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when he will make a decision on the question of allowing a period of time to applications for installation aid to attain the one man work unit needed to qualify for the grant.
79 Mr. Farrelly asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when the new increased installation aid scheme will be made available to young farmers; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
I propose to answer Questions Nos. 78 and 79 together.
The implementation of the recent amendments to EEC Regulations 797/85 in so far as they relate to installation aid is under consideration at present.
