Ceist:83 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will arrange for an official of the Land Commission to finalise fencing arrangements with a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny.

The person in question undertook to do the necessary fencing himself and the Land Commission agreed to pay a certain sum towards the cost. This sum will be paid when the work has been satisfactorily completed.
