57 Mr. J. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Justice the number of petitions for a waiver of court penalties in each of the years from 1987 to 1989, inclusive; and the number granted either totally or partially in each of those years.
Details of the number of petitions dealt with and the number of such cases in which remission, partial mitigation or extension of time to pay was granted in each of the years 1987 to 1989 are as follows:
