Ceist:105 Mr. Creed asked the Minister of the Environment if agreement has been reached between all the relevant parties with regard to the proposed route for the Macroom town by-pass, County Cork.

In July, 1987 Cork County Council submitted to my Department a consultants' report on route options for a proposed by-pass of Macroom. In August 1987, the Department indicated that, without prejudice to the outcome of any statutory procedures, it has no objection on engineering grounds to the route option recommended by the consultants.
