73 Mr. McCartan asked the Minister for the Marine if he will give preliminary landings for the month of February 1990; the way in which these figures compare with February 1989; if, in view of the fact that fishermen have suffered major losses due to sustained bad weather over the January-February period, he intends to take any steps to assist fishermen who have suffered major losses; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
