114 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Health the reason for the delay in a decision being taken on an application for a disabled person's maintenance allowance by a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
Payment of disabled person's maintenance allowance in any individual case is a matter for the health board concerned.Accordingly I have referred the Deputy's question to the Chief Executive Officer, South Eastern Health Board, with a request that he examine the matter and reply directly to the Deputy.
