Ceist:

47 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Education if, arising from her reply to Parliamentary Question No. 115 of 20 June 1990, the courts have ordained that the two persons concerned be detained in St. Joseph's, Clonmel, County Tipperary; and if she will ensure that the decisions taken will be adhered to; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

I am not yet in a position to make a statement on the matter referred to by the Deputy. To my knowledge the persons concerned have not been brought before the courts since my reply to his Parliamentary Question No. 115 of 20 June, 1990.
