Ceist:75 Mr. G. Brady asked the Minister for Social Welfare when repayments of PRSI contributions will be made to a person (details attached) in Dublin 4.

A repayment of PRSI contributions has already been made by the Revenue Commissioners to the person concerned for the six years 1983-84 to 1988-89. Following further consideration of the case, the Revenue Commissioners have now been authorised to issue a refund in respect of the years 1979-80 to 1982-83.
My Department has been in touch with the Revenue Commissioners with a view to having the payment made as soon as possible.
