Ceist:110 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for Finance when he will circulate the Wildlife (Amendment) Bill; and if he will give an assurance that the Bill will be introduced before the end of 1990.

Preparatory work is well advanced and every effort is being made to expedite the matter. The legislation in question is comprehensive and complex and is being processed without undue delay.
It is hoped to circulate the Bill as soon as possible but I cannot assure the Deputy on a fixed time for circulation at this stage.
