120 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health the reason the Secretary of his Department failed to respond to correspondence from a person (details supplied) in Dublin 9; and if he will make a statement on the allegations contained in the correspondence.
The Secretary of my Department first replied to the person referred to by the Deputy on 28 June 1990. On receipt of further correspondence, the Secretary by letter recently invited this person to discuss the issues raised in this correspondence with officials of my Department. I understand that this invitation has been accepted and a meeting should take place shortly.
