Ceist:

126 Mr. McCartan asked the Minister for Justice the reasons he will not, or has failed to, meet with the representatives of the Coolock Community Law Centre, Dublin 5, to discuss the future funding of the centre; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Following a request from the Coolock Community Law Centre I arranged for a meeting to take place between officials of my Department and representatives of the centre. That meeting was held on 15 October 1990 and I am considering the matters that were raised there.
