Ceist:133 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for the Environment , in view of his reply to Parliamentary Question No. 234 of 24 October 1990, if he will confirm that a water supply was provided to the house in question on 31 May 1990 as a temporary supply; whether the existence of a temporary supply precludes payment of a house improvement grant or part thereof; if he will ensure early payment of this grant in view of the circumstances involved; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
