144 Tomás Mac Giolla asked the Minister for the Environment if, in view of the failure of his Department to reply to Deputy Tomás Mac Giolla's representations of 5 October 1990, he will outline the date on which a second redrawing of plans for an extension (details supplied) in Dublin 20 were approved by his Department.

I understand that the representations referred to in the question were made to Dublin Corporation in relation to an application for by-law approval. I have no function in the matter.
