Ceist:181 Tomás Mac Giolla asked the Minister for Education if she has advised Donegal County Council that she has sanctioned an extension of Annagry Sewerage Scheme to the Annagry national school, County Donegal.
Written Answers. - Sewerage Scheme Extension.
I understand that Donegal County Council is in the process of extending the public sewerage system at Annagry and the new service will be available to the national school. The Deputy will appreciate that my Department has no direct function in the matter. However, a capital grant will be paid to the Annagry school authorities in respect of the vouched cost of connecting the new sewerage system to the school subject to a formal application being submitted to my Department in the matter and the works being satisfactory.
