186 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for Education if she will list the pupil-teacher ratio for each primary school in the Dáil constituency of Dún Laoghaire.

The overall pupil-teacher ratio for the country is 26.7.

The information requested by the Deputy is given in tabular form below.

The appointment of remedial/ disadvantaged/special class teachers etc. explains the difference in the pupil-teacher ratio from school to school.
