Ceist:

43 Mr. J. Mitchell asked the Minister for the Environment the reason a person (details supplied) in Dublin 22 has not been given a new date for her driving test; if, in view of the circumstances of the case he will now give the person concerned a new date; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

In view of the exceptional circumstances of this case, the test fee will not be forfeited and another test appointment will be notified to the person concerned within the next week.
