Written Answers - Dublin Compulsory Purchase Order.

Ceist:

96 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for the Environment the number of objections received to the proposed compulsory purchase order at Sheriff Street/Oriel Street, Dublin 1; the names of the objectors; and if he will expedite the appointment of an inspector to arrange the necessary inquiry.

Five objections have been received against confirmation of this compulsory purchase order but it would not be appropriate to name the individual objectors. An inspector has been appointed and the local inquiry will open on 19 December next.
