204 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health when a disabled person's maintenance allowance will be paid to a person (details supplied) in Dublin 7 and other residents at the same address who applied for disabled person's maintenance allowance in September 1990 and have heard nothing since from the Eastern Health Board.

Payment of disabled persons maintenance allowance in any individual case is a matter for the health board concerned. Accordingly, the Deputy's question has been referred to the Chief Executive Officer, Eastern Health Board, with a request that he examine the matter and reply directly to the Deputy.
