Ceist:86 Mr. Cowen asked the Minister for Finance if a tax rebate has issued to a person (details supplied) in County Offaly.
Written Answers. - Tax Liability.
I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the inspector of taxes received a completed form P50 (unemployment repayment claim form) from the taxpayer on 15 November 1990. The inspector has now written to the taxpayer for additional information necessary to deal with his claim. On receipt of this information any refund due will be made to him without delay.
