208 Mr. Cotter asked the Minister for Health if he will arrange for an investigation into whether a person (details supplied) in County Monaghan was treated in a dangerous and degrading fashion by the North Eastern Health Board in the way she was released from a hospital (details supplied) on Thursday, 11 October 1990.
