Brian O'Shea
Ceist:211 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Health if he will outline the urgent action he proposes to take to provide dialysis treatment at Ardkeen Regional Hospital for a person (details supplied) in Waterford who has to travel to Beaumont Hospital, Dublin 9, three days per week, leaving home at 5 a.m. and returning at 8 p.m., in view of the fact that there are no free slots at the hospital at present and that a submission was sent to his Department some time ago seeking extra funding so that patients such as the person named from the region can be catered for at Ardkeen Hospital; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
