Ceist:80 Mr. McGrath asked the Minister for Health the reason a disabled persons maintenance allowance is not payable to a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath who has multiple sclerosis, was deemed medically eligible for the allowance, and despite the recent Healy Court decision is still not in receipt of the allowance.
