108 Mr. Sherlock asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the result of the investigations into the allegation by a person (details supplied) in County Donegal in relation to claims for cattle subsidy made under false pretences.

Investigations have been completed and the case has been resolved to the satisfaction of my Department. For reasons of confidentiality it would not be appropriate for me to disclose further information on the matter.
