Ceist:50 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if a person (details supplied) in County Wexford, will be awarded and additional milk quota by the Milk Quota Appeals Tribunal; and when a final decision will be made in this regard.
I propose to take Questions Nos. 49 and 50 together.
The Milk Quota Appeals Tribunal has almost completed its examination of the applications received for additional quota and it expects to inform the individual applicants of its decisions within a matter of weeks.
