Ceist:71 Mr. Connor asked the Minister for the Environment if he will sanction funding to Roscommon County Council in his 1991 sanitary services programme for the provision of a colour removal plant on the regional water scheme, formally called and established as the Grange (Boyle) group water scheme but now taken in charge by Roscommon County Council; and if he accepts that this allocation is absolutely urgent in the interests of public health in the service area of this scheme.
