Under the flood damage relief scheme 1990 there were 59 applications from County Offaly of which 39 qualified for payment. The total amount involved in the qualifying claims was £26,702 and of this 22 payments have issued in respect of £17,288. The remaining 17 claims totalling £9,414 have been processed and payment will be made shortly.
