Ceist:128 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Finance if he will arrange a refund of VAT on farm buildings to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny, which is due since November 1990.

I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that the claim in question has been approved for payment and that a cheque in settlement will issue shortly.
