Ceist:157 Mr. Barry asked the Minister for the Environment the amount of grant he will make available to Cork Corporation to purchase a site to re-locate the Kinsale Road landfill on a location remote from housing.

No approach has been made to me by Cork Corporation about the re-location of the Kinsale Road landfill site.
Grant assistance amounting to £415,000 has been given to Cork Corporation for the development of the site as a co-disposal site capable of accepting both domestic and industrial wastes.
