Ceist:74 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Finance if his Department will now pay compensation to a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim as part of the Bonet Drainage Scheme.
Written Answers. - Leitrim Compensation Payment.
Negotiations are in progress in this case and an offer of settlement was made to the claimant's agricultural consultant in December last. A response is awaited. Payment of the compensation, when agreed, will be arranged as quickly as possible.
