Ceist:127 Mr. Spring asked the Minister for Defence if he will give a breakdown of the amount of money his Department intend to spend on consultancy services in 1991; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The provision in the Estimate for Defence in 1991 is £50,000. This sum is to cover the costs of such management consultancies as it may be necessary to engage in the course of the year.
