Ceist:141 Mr. J. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for the Environment if he will sanction the completion of the sewerage scheme at Leap, County Cork, contract documents for which were forwarded to his Department on 23 May 1990.

Having regard to the existing level of commitments and competing demands within the sanitary services programme, I cannot say when I will be in a position to approve this proposal.
