Vol. 406 No. 1

Written Answers. - Baldoyle, Dublin, Nature Reserve.

Michael Joe Cosgrave

Ceist:

48 Mr. Cosgrave asked the Minister for Finance if he will arrange for the erection of signs at Baldoyle Estuary, Dublin 13 which would indicate that it is a nature reserve; when he will instruct Dublin County Council to erect such signs; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Subject to planning permission the wildlife service of the Office of Public Works have offered to supply signs to local residents if they were in a position to erect them. If not, the wildlife service will arrange by other means to have the signs erected before the end of 1991 — again, subject to planning permission.
