Ceist:

63 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Justice if he proposes to introduce new legislation which would make computer information acceptable as evidence in court in the case of bad debt actions and which would also make provision for videotape evidence to be allowed in child sexual abuse cases.

There is a Criminal Evidence Bill in the course of preparation in my Department and the matters raised in the Deputy's question will be taken into consideration.
