45 Mr. Bell asked the Minister for the Environment the reason it should take one year to give sanction for a three house scheme at Jane's Terrace, Scarlet Street, Drogheda, County Louth; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

My Department are awaiting since May 1990 on a report from Drogheda Corporation on the outcome of discussions between their engineering staff and the consultant architect in relation to this scheme.
