Ceist:

74 Mr. D. Ahern asked the Minister for Education if her attention has been drawn to the difficulties being experienced by the health boards and other State authorities in obtaining suitable residential care accommodation in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Louth; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

I understand that the girl in question was accommodated in facilities under the health boards but that these did not prove suitable in the circumstances which developed. I understand that this girl has now been accepted at Oberstown Girls Centre, Lusk, County Dublin, under my Department.
