Vol. 406 No. 3
253 Mr. Byrne asked the Minister for Health if he will have the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 12 investigated with a view to having him placed on disabled person's maintenance allowance.
Payment of disabled person's maintenance allowance in any individual case is a matter for the health board concerned. Accordingly, the Deputy's question has been referred to the chief executive officer, Eastern Health Board, with a request that he reply directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
