Ceist:126 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Finance when an income tax rebate will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the taxpayer submitted a claim for a refund of tax on 11 February 1991. A cheque in the sum of £208.68 issued to him on 20 February 1991. The inspector of taxes has no other application on hand for a repayment of tax.
