118 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice if the Garda are concerned at the series of arson attacks in a flats complex (details supplied) in Dublin 1 over the past two years where residents are terrified of the principal suspect; and if he will outline the action the Garda can take in this matter.

The Garda authorities have assured me that every attention is being given to the flats complex in question by the gardaí. The matter referred to by the Deputy is the subject of an active Garda investigation.
