These payments have already been made. There was no particular delay in the matter.

The first person named is the registered owner of the herd number quoted and his 1990 special beef premium scheme grant is being processed and payment will issue shortly.

My Department are unable to trace any application under the 1990 special beef premium scheme from the person named.
His payments under the 1990 suckler cow premium and cattle and equines headage scheme have already been made.
