45 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Energy if it is his intention to dispose of lands (details supplied) in County Cork; if so, the method he intends to apply to dispose of these lands; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

It is my intention to dispose of the property in question and my Department are having discussions with parties who have shown an interest in acquiring it.
