Ceist:137 Mrs. Fennell asked the Minister for Labour if he will indicate the legislative measures his Department must take consequent to EC Directives in preparation for the open market in 1992.

My Department are responsible for 11 Directives which have been adopted in preparation for the completion of the internal market. On the advice of the National Authority for Occupational Safety and Health, I will be making regulations as appropriate to ensure compliance with these Directives.
