Higgins asked the Minister for the Environment if he is prepared to approve the preliminary report prepared by a company (details supplied) and containing specification proposals for the extension of the Lough Mask scheme to Balla with extension flows to Kiltimagh which was approved by Mayo County Council and submitted to his Department in May 1990; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
