45 Mr. Boylan asked the Minister for Health the number of handicapped persons his Department proposes to employ this year; the location of their employment; the vacancies proposed to be filled in this way; and when he proposes to advertise such vacancies.
I would hope that it would be possible to increase the number of handicapped persons employed in my Department. At this stage however, it is not possible to be precise on the actual number.
As is normal practice, all such appointments would be made through the Civil Service Commission.
