These applicants' payments under the 1990 special beef premium scheme are being processed and will issue shortly.

Ceist:69 Mr. Flanagan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a cattle headage payment will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Laois.
The final amounts that may be due to this applicant under the 1988 and 1989 — paid already — and 1990 cattle and equines headage schemes cannot be calculated until he produces documentary proof that he has the use of a share of commonage.
His outstanding 1990 sheep headage and cattle headage payments are being withheld pending receipt of such proof.
