74 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when payment of a beef premium will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny.

The person named is not the registered owner of the herd number quoted. However, a 1990 special beef premium scheme application has been received from the registered owner of that herd number and is being processed and payment will issue to him shortly.
