Ceist:31 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for the Environment if he will approve plans for a new library in Listowel, County Kerry so that the project can go to tender in 1991.

Approval in principle issued to this proposal on 24 May 1991. It is now a matter for Kerry County Council to undertake the detailed planning of the project.
